Stratamet Advanced
Materials employs testing and controls for our raw material
including
including powder preparation, spray dry, isostatic pressing, and firing processes. These
controls have been tested and developed for the specific needs of the
semiconductor equipment, microwave, areospace, oilfield,
and other high technology customers. We are pleased to offer
several proprietary grades of Alumina ceramic designed,
tested, and qualified for the most demanding applications incuding
etch, plasma, and structural demands.

finished ceramic shapes to 36" in diameter and 56" length
- High
density to 3.93 g/cm and very low sodium levels
are available.
- Complex
shapes can be pressed and green machined to save on
material and processing time.

precision grinding and finish machining on CNC Machine
tools that are fitted and maintained specifically for
high tolerance on Ceramics.
